As a Child Care Director Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team in delivering high-quality services. With 2 to 3 years of experience in childcare management, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a nurturing environment for children. Your responsibilities will include coordinating staff schedules, engaging with parents, and implementing educational programs that promote child development. A  Bachelor degree in Early childhood education or Level 3 qualification in childcare is essential for this position.
